A commitment to learning and personal development is one of the keys to success in the modern workplace. Our award winning in-house training scheme, Farrans Advance, focuses on giving our people the knowledge, tools and support they need to maximise their performance, learning and development.
Since its formation in May 2009, Farrans Advance has evolved into a training programme that supports the development of our people and improves our company’s performance using a structured training framework.
Customised training agreements were developed with a number of professional bodies to give our engineers and surveyors the help and support they need to achieve chartered status.
