Nurturing future talent

To help nurture and support future talent we participate in the QUEST Undergraduate Scholarship through the Institute of Civil Engineers. Each year, we visit local schools and colleges across the regions to give advice to those students interested in pursuing a career in construction. It presents us with a great opportunity to showcase what we do and promote the key benefits of joining an organisation like Farrans.

Every year through the prestigious ICE scholarship we give undergraduates £2,500 of financial support to assist them at university.

In 2011, we were considered the contractor of choice for A-level students based on our commitment to the training and personal development of our people through “The Farrans Advance Programme.”
